RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*Please note* Returns/Exchanges take up to 7 business days to be reviewed. We will send you an email with more information once your return has been reviewed.

*No Refunds or Exchanges on Solid Gold orders*

We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 30 days from your order shipping date provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

• International Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
• We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.
• We charge a ₱250 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or attempted delivery return.
• Returns that have not been dropped off or shipped within 30 days will expire.
